It feels really solid and works just fine. I’ve only noticed one small issue, but nothing that would really stop me from using it.

I didn’t feel totally safe using it, and it stopped working way sooner than I expected. It just makes me question the overall quality, so I don’t think I’d trust it again

The order itself was okay, but the package showed up looking like it had been through a lot. One side of the box was crushed and the tape was barely hanging on, so I had to waste time and energy checking everything just to make sure nothing had fallen out or gotten damaged. Luckily nothing was missing, but it really didn’t seem like much care went into packing it. For what I paid, I expected it to show up in better condition. Not terrible, just disappointing.

I reached out to Lyman Products about an issue with my order and never got a response. I sent a message, waited a few days, then followed up again, and still heard nothing. I understand companies get busy, but it really felt like they just pushed the whole problem back onto me and expected me to deal with it. Frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

Not gonna lie, I was let down by the case prep stuff. It took longer than I expected, the results weren’t very consistent, and I still ended up having to go back and fix some cases myself. For the amount of hassle, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

I tried ordering some parts from the website, but it kept sending me in circles. I wasted so much energy just trying to find what I needed, and the checkout process was way more annoying than it should’ve been. by the end I was more frustrated than anything.

I really wanted this to work better, especially since I expected more from lymanproducts.com. But the accuracy was just kind of all over the place for me. I kept noticing little differences that probably shouldn’t have been there, and once I started paying attention to the small stuff, it got annoying fast. After a while, I didn’t feel like I could trust the results, so I probably wouldn’t go with it again...

To be fair, I was just looking for the right parts without a hassle, and they had them in stock. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it was reasonable and everything arrived okay, so I’m happy with the experience overall

Setting it up was easy, easy overall, but getting the adjustment right took me a little while. The instructions were okay, not amazing, but okay enough to get through it. Once I finally had it dialed in, it worked like it was supposed to. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s definitely solid, just needed a bit of patience at the beginning...

My order did eventually arrive, so there's that. The shipping just took way longer than expected, which was a little frustrating. I guess patience really is part of the experience.

I was hoping this would make reloading smoother, but the dies kept sticking on me and the results just weren’t very consistent. It literally got frustrating after a while

I bought this Lyman scale and, as far as I remember, the readings were jumping around pretty much from the start. I tried recalibrating it and even moved it to a different bench thinking maybe that was the issue, but it still wouldn’t stay consistent. After dealing with that, I just couldn’t feel confident trusting it for any loads.

I tried to set this up, but the instructions were way too vague and the diagrams were so tiny they were barely useful. I kept second-guessing what was supposed to go where and still couldn’t get it working right. it kind of feels like they spent more effort getting this out the door and making the sale than making sure regular people could actually use it.

Had a problem with my press and ended up emailing warranty about it. It took a few days, so not Exactly instant, but they got back to me and sent the part out. Overall, they fixed the issue and it went smoothly.
